shipping & returns
We are able to ship within the United States. Once orders are received, it takes time and care to create a handmade product for you, therefore, we will have a designated day as our order/shipment fulfillment day each week.
We are currently unable to ship internationally.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or there was a mixup with your order, we will be more than willing to process a return or an exchange. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping and handling of their return/exchange.
Due to the handmade nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges if the product has been opened and/or used.
